10 easy – to – make smoothies for busy mornings


You just need a blender. The more dominant the blender, the better, since then you can separate
more nutrients and proteins from your nourishment.

1. Banana and Pear with almond drain

· 200 ml of Almond drain;

· 2 Bananas (without the banana strip);

· 1 Pear (stripped).

2. Blueberries and blackberries with beet and banana

· 200 ml of Water;

· 200 ml of Ice;

· 1 cut of Beet (crisp, stripped);

· 100 grams of Blackberries;

· 125 grams of Blueberries;

· 100 grams of Currants;

· 1 cut of Lemon (stripped);

· 2 Bananas (stripped).

3. Carrots with mint and pumpkin

· 200 ml of Water;

· 200 ml of Yogurt;

· 2 Carrots;

· 200 grams of Pumpkin (stripped, without the seeds)

4. Apricot with banana, corn and mint

· 400 ml of Coconut water;

· 1 cut of Corn (bubbled);

· 5 Apricots (dried);

· 1/2 Lemon (stripped);

· 6 branches mint.

5. Icy mass plate of mixed greens, cucumber with mint

· 100 ml of Water;

· 300 ml of Yogurt;

· 200 grams of Iceberg serving of mixed greens;

· 1 Cucumber;

· 2 Green Apples (stripped);

· 6 Branches mint.

6. Brussels sprouts and Broccolli with walnuts

· 200 ml of Water;

· 200 ml of Almond drain;

· 12 pieces Brussels grows;

· 100 grams of Spinach;

· 50 grams of Broccoli;

· 2 bits of Celery;

· 1 Avocado (stripped);

· 2 Pears;

· 1 Lime (stripped);

· Handful of walnuts.

7. Cauliflower and celery with banana

· 200 ml of Almond drain;

· 150 grams of Cauliflower;

· 2 parts of Celery;

· 2 Bananas (stripped);

8. Celery with Coconut drain and nectar

· 200 ml of Ice;

· 200 ml of Coconut drain;

· 2 parts of Celery;

· 6 parts of Mint;

· 2 spoons of Honey;

· 1 spoon of Vanilla;

· 1/2 spoon of cinnamon.

9. Citrus with Coconut drain

· 100 ml of Coconut drain;

· 200 ml of Ice;

· 2 Oranges (stripped);

· 1 Lime (stripped);

· 1 Lemon (stripped)

10. Cucumber and kiwi with kale

· 200 ml of Ice;

· 1 bit of Kale;

· 1 Cucumber;

· 2 Kiwis (stripped);

· 1 Green Apple;

· 1 Avocado (stripped);

· 2 cm ginger;

· 1 spoon of Honey

Each formula is basic and simple – to – make, in support with the short measure of time we have in
the mornings. In the majority of the above formulas, right off the bat apply the fluids, and afterward
the crisp foods grown from the ground. The last fixings you ought to apply are the nuts, mint
